About The Position

Wise Consulting Associates is seeking a UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) Technical Consultant with expertise in Payroll, Talent Management, and Reporting. The ideal candidate will have HCM system consulting experience and a proven ability to build strong client relationships. We are looking for technical consultants who possess skills in HRIS data conversion/interfaces, SQL, or reporting (BI/dashboard). The role requires natural problem solvers with excellent communication skills and ideally, experience with UKG Pro. This position thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented remote work environment where your opinions are valued.

Requirements

• Intermediate level experience in SQL, specifically creating stored procedures and using SQL DML commands.
• Strong technical HRIS knowledge and awareness of HR technology's importance in supporting organizational needs.
• Ability to analyze client needs effectively and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Disciplined approach to project management, including tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with key stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and expressions.
• Experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and recommend solutions based on technical HRIS knowledge.
• Create stored procedures and utilize SQL DML commands for data management.
• Manage multiple projects for different clients simultaneously, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Define and track project milestones, deadlines, testing requirements, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts, developing rapport and earning trust.
• Demonstrate initiative and manage an assigned portfolio of projects independently.
