About The Position

Wise Consulting Associates is seeking an experienced UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) Implementation Consultant with expertise in Payroll, Talent Management, and Reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HCM system consulting and a proven track record of building strong client relationships. We are looking for individuals who are natural problem solvers, possess excellent communication skills, and ideally have experience with UKG Pro. This role thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented remote work environment where your opinions are valued.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of Payroll, Talent Management, HRIS or Reporting experience
• UKG Pro (UltiPro) system experience
• Experience with HCM system implementations/process
• A track record of effectively meeting client deliverables during software implementations
• A history of managing multiple projects at once and meeting multiple deliverables
• Proven success communicating with clients and uncovering their needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to engage clients and vendors effectively during projects and implementations

Nice To Haves

• Additional relevant certifications and expertise preferred (APA, SHRM, IHRIM, etc.)
