About The Position

CTG is hiring a UKG Integration Consultant with strong Boomi expertise to support enterprise HR transformation initiatives. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on integrating and optimizing HR and workforce management systems. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65.00 to $85.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Requirements

Experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG Dimensions integrations
Hands-on expertise with Dell Boomi (AtomSphere)
Background in HR systems, WFM, or HR transformation
Strong consulting and stakeholder communication skills
Experience with APIs, data mapping, and middleware integrations
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
