About The Position
Seeking a highly experienced UKG Integration Architect to support integrations on Dell Boomi and participate in the migration from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to Workforce Dimensions (WFD). The role involves hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing high-priority technical scenarios. Job Description: Build integrations on Dell Boomi. Work with core teams to plan and support migration from WFC to WFD. Support integration architecture across Kronos/UKG Workforce Management platforms. Collaborate closely with teams during priority scenarios and critical issue resolution.
Requirements
- Kronos Workforce Management technical experience
- Dell Boomi integration development
- Application integration architecture
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
Nice To Haves
- 10+ years of experience in technical and integration architecture
- Experience with UKG WFM migrations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement integration solutions using Dell Boomi.
- Assist in migration planning and execution for Kronos WFC → WFD.
- Provide technical leadership across UKG/Kronos integration initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
