About The Position

The Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of UKG Dimensions/Pro WFM solutions, focusing on time tracking, scheduling, and absence management within a complex, multi-business unionized environment. This role requires collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders to address business challenges through technology and systems expertise, ensuring that solutions are integrated and aligned with the organization's global technology landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM in a solution architecture or design role or as a functional lead across multiple areas.
• 5+ years' experience in time & attendance process definition and requirements gathering.
• Ability to stay updated on industry processes, technology changes, and complementary product changes.
• Experience in a global environment working across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functions.
• Drive for high-quality delivery and continuous process improvement.
• Experience in the Healthcare or Manufacturing domain preferred.
• Certification in relevant UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced knowledge of the UKG Dimensions / Pro WFM system and its modules: Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Leave, and Attendance.
• Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and system designs.
• Create detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans and implementation documentation.
• Facilitate workshops with functional and technical stakeholders to evaluate and solve complex requirements, configure software, and provide ongoing support.
• Enhance processes to deliver a first-class end-user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest training and maintain applicable certifications.
• Mentor team members to develop their solution capabilities.
• Own the reporting strategy and create reports and process workflows within the UKG Dimensions / Pro WFM system.
• Support timeclock design and administration.
• Design and control access to the system via profiles.
