About The Position

The UI/UX Specialist designs and optimizes the user experience of our AI-powered SaaS platform, ensuring AI-driven processes and workflows are intuitive and user-friendly. Responsibilities include creating clear, engaging interfaces through collaboration with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.

Requirements

• 5+ years in UI/UX or product design for complex SaaS/web applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience designing data-rich or AI-driven interfaces.
• Familiarity with front-end technology constraints.

Nice To Haves

• Background in regulated industries (healthcare, Finserv, retail, SLED).
• Experience with conversational UI and automation tools.
• Formal training/certification in UX/UI or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for complex AI-driven applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing for iterative improvements.
• Maintain cohesive visual design systems and UI pattern libraries.
