Interface matters at Bobyard. This is by far the most sophisticated tool our customers will ever buy, the platform and AI models need to be intuitive. Deeply understand customer workflows Work with CEO to shape product vision Create, iterate, and validate new products Work with engineering to execute Work with marketing & sales to communicate vision Revamp current platform
Requirements
- Highly motivated and willing to roll up your sleeves
- Taste and expertise: Strong portfolio & experience with user research
- Learning speed & resourceful: Ability to adapt, learn, and hunt down answers
- Passion and work ethic: Startups are not easy, this is not a cushy job at Google
- Organized: you will be thrown thousands of things from hundreds of customers.
- Figma proficiency and front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS)
