About The Position

As a UI/UX Product Designer at OnTheClock, you will shape the end-to-end experience of our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to design user-centered solutions that make workforce management simpler, more intuitive, and more accessible for admins, managers, employees, and contractors. You will design across a wide range of experiences, including onboarding, payroll workflows, scheduling interfaces, time cards, mobile app experiences, reporting, and account administration. We’re looking for a designer who can deeply understand user behaviors and workflows, identify friction points, and craft experiences that solve real problems. You will also help identify opportunities for AI to reduce manual effort and simplify tasks across time tracking, payroll preparation, employee management, and support workflows. This is a high-impact role on a fast-moving team where designs ship quickly and directly influence thousands of businesses. As OnTheClock grows, you will play a key role in shaping our design practice and future design standards.
