About The Position

Flexjet, a leader in fractional private jet ownership and leasing, is seeking an experienced and creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Developer to join our Advertising and Development team. This role will focus on enhancing the user experience and visual consistency across our digital marketing assets-including display ads, video ads, RRM, websites, landing pages, email templates, and promotional content. This role blends creative design with front-end development skills to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about user-centered design, able to translate wireframes into responsive code, and collaborate across design and development teams to ensure consistency and usability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong coding skills in modern front-end frameworks (React preferred).
  • Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and agile workflows.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and conversion optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with motion/interaction design (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion, 3JS).
  • Knowledge of performance optimization for web applications.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Prismic, WordPress) or headless architectures.
  • Understanding of SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Datadog).

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to transform requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
  • Implement responsive, accessible, and high-performance interfaces using HTML, CSS/Tailwind, and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).
  • Ensure cross-browser, cross-device, and accessibility compliance (WCAG, ARIA best practices).
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Use analytics and feedback to iterate on UI/UX improvements.
  • Document UI patterns, technical decisions, and design rationale.
  • Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
