We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of HR technology. As a UI/UX Designer at Talview, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance, to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design).
  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a software or technology-related industry.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS and the technical aspects of web and mobile development (front-end).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with our brand and usability standards.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate product requirements and user stories into engaging design concepts.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and validate design choices.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and platforms.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines to maintain consistency across products.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets, including icons and graphics.
  • Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend their adoption when relevant.
