The UI/UX Designer position is hybrid, based in Lanham, Maryland, and candidates must be local to the area or willing to relocate. In this role, the UI/UX Designer will be instrumental in transforming the federal client's organization and accelerating mission execution through the application of emerging and disruptive technologies, innovative business models, retooled program operations, and industry-driven solutions. The designer will collaborate closely with UX researchers to gain insights into user needs, goals, and pain points, and will be responsible for developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions. The designer will create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience and usability, ensuring that all designs are accessible, responsive, and compliant with industry standards and best practices. Iteration on designs will be based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input. Additionally, the designer will work closely with developers to implement design specifications and maintain design consistency across products and platforms.
