As a UI UX Designer at Elite Prospects, you will own the design value chain for your team. You will lead everything from user research and understanding briefs to concept development, sketching, and handover to developers. This role requires more than designing within existing constraints. You will need to immerse yourself in the full customer journey, identify opportunities, and propose new ways of packaging or rethinking solutions to achieve the best possible user experience. Your ability to understand users, data, and the complexity of the product will be central to your daily work. You will work independently as the sole designer in a cross functional team together with product manager and developers. At the same time, you will have access to senior designers who can provide feedback and act as a sounding board for ideas.
