Requirements

• Strong Figma experience (file storing, design, prototyping, presentations)
• Experience in fast-paced environment
• AB testing understanding and data/ how it looks for customers
• Good UI visual designer
• At least 5-7 years in visual, interaction, and product design or a related field

Nice To Haves

• Ability to manage themselves
• Proactive and able to break down walls and build relationships
• Mobile experience a plus
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and a collaborative, iterative design process

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, user-centric experiences that are innovative and detail-oriented.
• Create interactive, high-fidelity prototypes using Figma to visualize design concepts.
• Articulate design narratives and user stories to stakeholders for alignment and approval.
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on user testing and data insights.
• Collaborate with researchers to integrate qualitative data into design decisions.
• Analyze user data to inform design choices that enhance user satisfaction and business growth.
