  • Lead and manage a team of UI engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Define and implement frontend engineering best practices, standards, and scalable UI architecture
  • Drive the development of complex, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS
  • Partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Oversee sprint planning, task prioritization, estimations, and delivery commitments
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure maintainable, reusable, and high-quality frontend code
  • Identify and resolve UI performance bottlenecks, accessibility gaps, and cross-browser compatibility issues
  • Champion modern frontend practices, including component-driven development and state management strategies
  • Support hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management of UI engineering talent
  • Stay current with evolving frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, proactively introducing improvements
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with significant exposure to engineering leadership or people management roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frontend architecture patterns
  • Proven ability to lead teams as an Engineering Manager, balancing technical depth with people management responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience working closely with design teams to deliver user-centered interfaces
  • Ability to design scalable, modular UI systems that support long-term product growth
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying risks and driving solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of UI initiatives, from planning through execution and optimization
  • Based in the USA and available for a full-time role
