The primary purpose of this role is to provide independent contributions to UI/front-end design and development of modern, cloud-based, customer-facing web applications by collaborating with architects, front-end and back-end teams, Product Owners/Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering Managers. Responsible for solution design aligned with modern UI best practices, hands-on code development, and management of technical debt (e.g., pull requests, performance optimization, UX improvements, Storybook and reusable components, non-functional requirements), as well as leading proofs of concept (POCs) or major spikes and refining requirements into technical features and user stories. Collaborate with front-end and back-end leads and teams, end-to-end architects, Product Owners/Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering Managers. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain intuitive, high-performance user interfaces. Support integration and development of Grafana visualizations. Work within an Agile framework (preferably Scrum) alongside multiple cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
5–7 years of relevant professional experience in a similar capacity.
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain intuitive and high-performance user interfaces.
Support integration and development of Grafana visualizations.
Work within an Agile framework (preferably Scrum) alongside multiple cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding and/or hands-on experience with the following technologies and concepts: UI middleware and mocking tools such as Redux-Saga and Mirage JS.
Experience using API development and testing tools such as Swagger and Postman.
Experience with AWS Cloud environments, automated CI/CD pipelines, and behavior-driven development (BDD) using Cucumber.
3+ years of experience with TypeScript, React, and Redux.
5–7 years of overall experience in web application and UI development, including tools and technologies such as Jest, Webpack, RESTful APIs, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience building new web applications, leading major technical proofs of concept (POCs), and developing higher-order reusable UI components such as dashboards, widgets, and custom tables.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight timelines.
