Requirements

5+ years of experience as a UI Designer
Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem (themes, layouts, limitations)
Hands-on experience designing e-commerce user interfaces
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Good knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
Ability to work independently as a consultant
Strong communication skills with U.S.-based stakeholders

Responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually appealing UI for Shopify-based websites and applications
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and usability standards
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
Improve existing UI based on user feedback and performance insights
Maintain consistency across screens, components, and design systems
Support quick design iterations in an agile environment
