Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3 plus years of hands-on experience with UHPs, high pressure pumps, hydraulic systems and equipment.
Advanced mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Basic computer skills for scheduling, communication, and reporting.
Knowledge of and adherence to safety procedures, operation manuals, guidelines, and PPE requirements.
Strong attention to details and reliability.
Must possess a valid Driver’s license
TWIC Card preferred
Offshore certifications preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain MISTRAS Ultra High-Pressure Units both on land and offshore to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Keeping up maintenance records on MISTRAS equipment.
Maintaining an inventory of needed parts to ensure equipment continues to run smoothly.
Order or request parts as needed.
Operate and monitor ultra-high pressure (UHP) pumping systems safely and efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on pumps, hoses, and valves.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical pump issues.
Conduct pre-operation safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety industry standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
Assist with installation, relocation, and commissioning of UHP equipment.
Support and mentor technicians on safe operation and maintenance procedures.
Perform other duties and assistance as required.
Stay current with manufacturer updates, new technologies, and industry best practices.
