Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 plus years of hands-on experience with UHPs, high pressure pumps, hydraulic systems and equipment.
  • Advanced mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling, communication, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to safety procedures, operation manuals, guidelines, and PPE requirements.
  • Strong attention to details and reliability.
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s license
  • TWIC Card preferred
  • Offshore certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain MISTRAS Ultra High-Pressure Units both on land and offshore to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Keeping up maintenance records on MISTRAS equipment.
  • Maintaining an inventory of needed parts to ensure equipment continues to run smoothly.
  • Order or request parts as needed.
  • Operate and monitor ultra-high pressure (UHP) pumping systems safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on pumps, hoses, and valves.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical pump issues.
  • Conduct pre-operation safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
  • Assist with installation, relocation, and commissioning of UHP equipment.
  • Support and mentor technicians on safe operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Perform other duties and assistance as required.
  • Stay current with manufacturer updates, new technologies, and industry best practices.
