About The Position

We are seeking an UEFI BIOS Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of the next-generation industry-standard server platforms. You will design the UEFI BIOS firmware architecture, collaborate with ODM to develop BIOS, and ensure its robustness against security threats. Requirements

• BS/MS in EE/CE/CS, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills, including scripting in Bash and Python, are essential.
• Gain an understanding of the AMI Aptio V and EDK2 development, as well as industry-standard specifications like ACPI, IPMI, PCIe, SMBIOS, and UEFI.

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
• Expertise in server platform interfaces, including PCIe, I2C/I3C, SPI, PMBus, UART, GPIO, PECI/APML, and Ethernet controllers.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across HW/FW/SW boundaries, with effective collaboration with vendor and hardware teams.
• Understanding the system security features, including secure/verified boot, firmware signing, TPM/ROT, SPDM, vulnerability management, and hardening at scale.
• Collaborate with BMC and work on platform enablement.
• Familiarity with RAS concepts (fault management, telemetry, recovery).
• Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve technical and schedule challenges proactively.
