About The Position
The UCM Engineer position is a full-time, permanent role focused on managing and troubleshooting Unified Communications Manager (UCM) systems, particularly with Ribbon Session Border Controllers (SBCs). The role requires a strong technical background in voice protocols and network infrastructure, along with the ability to write scripts for automation and troubleshoot complex collaboration solutions. The engineer will work remotely and is expected to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction while resolving incidents.
