Corpay is currently looking to hire a UC Operation Support Analyst I. This position falls under our Shared Services line of business located in Atlanta,GA. In this role, the UC Operation Support Analyst I is responsible for providing technical and clerical support for unified communication and contact center technologies. This analyst will work in a cross-functional team to fulfil Service Requests and respond to Incident Tickets. Excellent spoken and written communication skills are required with the ability to communicate well at all levels of the enterprise. Extreme attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and strong skills with Microsoft Excel are needed, with other Microsoft tools a plus. Experience supporting a cloud-based telephony platform is required.
