About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in UAS management and operations.
• Federal Aviation Administration Part 107 License.
• Ability to thoroughly assess and document quality of client demonstrations.
• Solid understanding of UAS systems, including hardware and software components.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on iterative testing and improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for scheduling various demonstrations and assigning them appropriately.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted startup environment.
• A deep commitment to Paladin's mission and a desire to make a meaningful impact.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with DJI Enterprise-level drones (e.g., Matrice 300, Matrice 350, Matrice 30T, Matrice 3TD).
• Experience working with DJI docking stations or similar autonomous drone systems.
• Proven experience as a UAS pilot with client-facing demonstration responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage scheduling for a team and self.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools to aggregate and assess demo performance.
• Technical proficiency with UAS hardware and software systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to keep teams aligned and informed.
• Ability to maintain equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize fleet readiness.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule client presentations for the team of UAS pilots.
• Coordinate in-person demos as needed, including occasional weekday events outside standard hours.
• Schedule and conduct client demos as an active lead demo pilot.
• Ensure demo pilots are up to date with the latest company updates, software, and hardware changes.
• Provide guidance and training to ensure team preparedness for high-quality client presentations.
• Oversee demo quality assurance processes and enforce reporting standards.
• Aggregate and analyze demo quality assurance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize data analytics to assess demo performance and optimize strategies.
• Manage and maintain the demo pilots' fleet of equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and peak performance for client presentations.
