About The Position
The KBR UABOS Program provides comprehensive BASE OPERATING SUPPORT – INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services at Incirlik Air Base in Turkey. These services are delivered to support the 39th Air Base Wing, mission partners, and tenant units, encompassing a diverse range of personnel including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel. The program ensures the seamless functioning of operations, maintenance, and support activities essential for the sustained mission readiness and operational effectiveness of UABOS and its associated units. The UABOS (Turkey) Principal Contracts Specialist will provide on-site contract support for United States Air Forces in Europe Air Forces Africa Base Operating Support (UABOS) and related contracts in Turkey and Spain, based on-site in Turkey. The ideal candidate will possess specialized expertise in contract management, interpret business issues, and recommend best practices while identifying innovative solutions. You will work independently, mentor project teams, and leverage advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems and achieve objectives. Your strong communication skills will enable you to articulate difficult concepts and influence decisions effectively.
