The UA Online Program Manager oversees and manages a dynamic portfolio of online academic degree and certificate programs within the University of Alabama Online. Acts as the liaison between the academic college and The University of Alabama Online. Drives online program innovation, managing processes for program development. Ensures effective operations throughout the academic year. Provides functional oversight to a team of professionals involved in marketing, recruiting, developing courses and supporting student success. Analyzes, evaluates, articulates and shares program performance data, including information collected from various data sources related to applications, admissions, enrollments, marketing tactics and course development. Audits financial reports for accuracy.
