About The Position
The UA Coordinator observes and collects the urine samples of same sex clients. The Coordinator packages the samples for laboratory testing if necessary and completes required paperwork. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification
- Valley de-escalation certification

Responsibilities
- Observes and collects urine samples
- Labels, documents, and prepares samples for processing
- Follows Universal Precautions and all OSHA standards when handling samples
- Adheres strictly to HIPAA guidelines
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and private collection space
