In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Digital industry, collaborating with senior executives and leading teams to deliver impactful results. As a Digital Practice Engagement Manager, you will oversee multiple client engagements, providing strategic direction and ensuring exceptional project delivery. You will develop and cultivate long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading proposal development, and participating in client pitches. You will lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages professional growth.
