The JPMorgan Chase U.S. Benefits Design and Strategy team is responsible for evaluating, designing, implementing and managing changes to benefit programs, monitoring plan performance, regulations and marketplace trends. As a U.S. Benefits Design and Strategy Vice President, you will support plan operations, evaluate opportunities for improvements, and collaborate across functions to provide the best possible experience for employees. In this role, your primary responsibility will be in managing the prescription drug plan as well as serving as the lead for some of our key programs and/or pilot initiatives. This is a full-time role based in Jersey City, NJ or Chicago, IL and is in-person/in-office five days a week. Occasional travel for meetings/conferences is expected but the role does not require regular travel.
