Job Description The U.S. Bank Foundation (Foundation) is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Project Analyst to help advance the Foundation’s mission of strengthening communities and driving meaningful impact. This role will provide critical support across grant management, financial reconciliation, compliance processes, and team administrative projects, while ensuring smooth operations for nonprofit engagement and payment workflows. The Project Analyst will also assist with regional grant review and payments and contribute to in-market events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically three to four years of experience in project management, foundation/nonprofit operations, or applicable experience

  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Assist with grant program including grant application management and review and grant payment processing and payout
  • Support of company-wide matching gift program, including reconciliation and approval of matching gift requests
  • Manage registration, onboarding, and follow-up of nonprofits into payment platform
  • Monitor Foundation shared mailbox and digital mail – address employee and nonprofit questions and requests that come to Foundation
  • Aid with Foundation governance and Foundation board processes, including capturing and filing pertinent Foundation board documents
  • Collaborate with in-market team to activate events and other nonprofit partnerships
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Assist with finance procedures, including reviewing and administering invoices and updating and coding Foundation general ledger
