About The Position

NorthStar is growing to Hinsdale and La Grange! Join us as a full time Anesthesiologist as we expand our footprint! Compensation starts at $540,000. PTO 10 weeks. Sign on bonus offered! Cases include: general, ortho, gyne, urology, peds ENT, OB, cath lab, IR(stroke), neuro, general, CV(doc only) vascular, pain.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with a specialization in Anesthesiology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
• Active medical license in the state of Illinois.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a variety of anesthesia cases as listed in the responsibilities.
• Fellowship training in a subspecialty of Anesthesiology.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases including general, ortho, gyne, urology, peds ENT, OB, cath lab, IR(stroke), neuro, general, CV(doc only), vascular, and pain management.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes during procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout surgical procedures.
• Administer anesthesia and manage patients' post-anesthesia recovery.
