About The Position
As a Dell Experienced Computer Repair Technician at uBreakiFix by Asurion, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support and repair services for Dell computer systems. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently, ensuring that customers experience minimal downtime. You will be expected to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, non-technical manner, making it easier for customers to understand the solutions being provided. Your expertise will not only help in troubleshooting but also in offering recommendations for problem resolution specific to Dell products. In this position, you will be responsible for providing repair and replacement estimates to customers, maintaining transparency throughout the repair process. It is essential to ensure that all repairs meet or exceed Dell's quality standards, and you will be required to maintain accurate records of repairs and fixes for future reference and quality assurance purposes. You will also greet customers warmly, maintain a positive work environment, and answer phone calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Your role will involve exceeding customer expectations by delivering superior service tailored to Dell products. You will keep track of all Dell devices and safeguard store stock effectively, utilizing the point-of-sale system to maintain real-time customer information and repair status. Additionally, you will set up Dell hardware, install and configure software and drivers according to Dell specifications, and maintain and repair Dell technological equipment and peripheral devices with precision.
