U-Box Customer Care Representative (CDL)
About The Position
As a U-Box Customer Care Representative (CCR; local delivery driver), you will be responsible for U-Box containers and ensuring that customers are provided with friendly and courteous service. Requirements
- Clean motor vehicle driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Department of Transportation certification
- Commercial driver’s license (CDL)
Responsibilities
- Operate a flatbed truck (training provided)
- Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided)
- Load and unload storage containers for delivery
- Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations, e.g., customers’ homes and businesses – local routes only
- Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University
