What impact you’ll make : This is a position on the Transactional Services FP&A team for the Gas Power Heavy Duty Gas Turbine (HDGT) Global Services business. The Transactional Services FP&A Leader is responsible for all aspects of FP&A supporting the Transactional Services business (including short term and long-term budgeting, reporting, and portfolio analytics), as well as supporting the CEO and CFO operationally. The Transactional Services FP&A Leader will partner closely with senior operating leaders across Gas Power to deliver Transactional Services financial & operational targets, provide financial leadership, and deliver on FP&A initiatives across the broader Services and Gas Power finance organizations. This is an advanced level professional position requiring subject matter knowledge and experience, independent in problem solving and decision making. This position reports to Global Services FP&A Leader. What you ’ll do Provide financial guidance and operational analysis for Transactional Services Business Line to support growth, manage risk, and position portfolio for optimized cash generation . Provide financial reporting, estimating, closing support & support operational rhythms including Functional Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) and Finance MORs . Form a close relationship with pole & sub-region ITRs, transactional & fulfillment finance teams, as well as cross-functional operating partners to drive operational engagement & develop playbook for meeting operating targets for P&L performance. Partner with the Services Operations Finance (SOF) team to consolidate the entire financial case such as commercial and cash during key cycles. Own consolidation of the entire financial case such as commits, orders, income statement and cash during key cycles. Lead Transactional Services budgeting exercises. Develop framework, connect dots between operational priorities to financial targets, drive standard work, and communicate drivers of financial outlook. Provide financial advice and counsel to the Services & HQ FP&A teams to drive consistent processes, strong financial outcomes, & best practice sharing Lead FP&A initiatives across Services finance focused on creating standard work and driving simplification. Responsible for translating concepts, developing strategy, creating programs to drive change & responsive to the external environment. You will partner closely with senior operating leaders across GE Gas Power to deliver on business line wide financial & operational targets. Leads and develops a direct team of analysts. What you’ll bring (B asic Q ualification s) Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college Minimum of 7 additional years of finance, accounting, or audit experience Minimum of 2 years of finance leadership role Preferred graduate of finance management leadership programs (e.g., FMP, OFLP/CAS, etc.) What will make you stand out You have a passion for collaborating cross-functionally to problem solve complex operational and financial problems. You are someone who brings robust time management skills, ability to work under pressure, and a high level of attention to detail. You have experience with driving process simplification and excellence leveraging contemporary data analysis tools, particularly within the Microsoft Suite and PowerBI . For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $147,400.00 and $245,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: ineligible.
