About The Position

Highly Skilled Specialist within the Workover Rig Operations - Flowback job family. Contributes to the development of concepts and techniques. Completes complex tasks in creative and effective ways. Complexity & Problem Solving: Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. Makes recommendations for new procedures. Collaboration & Interaction: Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Often acts as a facilitator and team leader. Highly Skilled Specialist (Hourly)

Requirements

Above average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Frac Flowback operations.
Ability to work unsupervised.
More than 2 years Frac Flowback experience
1 or more years preferred in a supervisory role.
Excellent leadership ability
Excellent time management skills
Above average computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
Able to analyze and resolve problems.
Organized and detail oriented.
Self-Starter
Ability to consistently perform in a professional manner.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet each project deadline.
Consistently practice safe driving
Able to work a flexible schedule, including away from home.
Able to work proficiently in all weather conditions.
Heavy lifting (50 Lbs. overhead)
