Requirements

• Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• Have a complete and current TB test and Medical Report (within the past year).
• Complete and current Criminal Record Background Check qualification letter.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Support and encourage early potty training as children show signs of readiness.
• Build strong relationships with families and team members to create a warm, welcoming classroom community.
• Foster learning through play and hands-on activities that support each child's growth and development.
• Communicate regularly with parents to share updates, milestones, and classroom experiences through mobile apps and face-to-face conversations.
