About The Position
What You’ll Do Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support each child’s development. Foster social-emotional growth by modeling kindness, patience, and problem-solving. Maintain consistent routines that help toddlers feel secure as they grow more independent. Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration. Partner with your co-teachers and school leaders to uphold a supportive classroom culture. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements. CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Prior experience in a licensed childcare center. Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping children learn through play and exploration.
