About The Position

The Twin Peaks Girl is responsible for interacting with, entertaining, and providing best-in-class service and hospitality to every Twin Peaks guest. This role requires selling food and beverages while embodying the essence of the Twin Peaks brand, which is based on female sex appeal, knowledge of sports, food, and beverages, and a fun, energetic personality. Compliance with the Twin Peaks Image & Costume Guidelines is essential, especially during costume parties promoted by Twin Peaks.

Requirements

• No prior experience or training required
• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Must be able to read and understand the menu
• Ability to write and ring in tickets
• Ability to operate a computerized register system
• Ability to suggestively sell menu items
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests

Responsibilities

• Adhering to all Image & Costume Guidelines
• Interaction with and entertainment of guests
• Promotion of events and specials that promote goodwill and profitability
• Providing best-in-class service and hospitality
• Greeting guests and executing food and drink orders
• Taking orders, suggestive selling, ringing in orders, delivering food and drinks to tables
• Checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling checks
• Performing any other duties as deemed necessary by management
