About The Position

The Twin Peaks Girl is responsible for interacting with, entertaining, and providing best-in-class service and hospitality to every Twin Peaks guest. This role requires selling food and beverages while embodying knowledge of sports, food, and beverages, along with a fun energetic personality. Compliance with the Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines is essential.

Requirements

• No prior experience or training required
• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Must be able to read and understand the menu, write and ring in tickets, and operate a computerized register system
• Ability to suggestively sell menu items
• Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
• Ability to mathematically compute proper change and accurately settle checks

Responsibilities

• Adhering to all Presentation Guidelines
• Interaction with and entertainment of guests
• Promotion of events and specials that promote goodwill and profitability
• Providing best-in-class service and hospitality, including greeting guests, executing food and drink orders, suggestive selling, ringing in orders, delivering food and drinks, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling checks
• Performing any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
