About The Position

The Twilight PT Hub Supervisor at UPS is responsible for supervising Package Handlers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and fostering a productive work environment. This role emphasizes training, development, and accountability among team members while maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, operating in compliance with department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements.
• Manage department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement and proactive communication.
• Implement employee personal development plans to support professional growth.
• Ensure all department employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, and regular evaluations.
