About The Position
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Grind the raw material Load and empty continuous cooker, pre-breakers, augers, swecos and presses Be able to operate control panels and steam valves for cooker system Communicate with Press Operator throughout shift to ensure procedures are being followed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Maintain a positive attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance on a regular basis Perform other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently Must have knowledge of all areas of the ByProducts plant Be detail orientated Must be able to work in a hot environment Be able to stand undesirable aromas EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: Experience working in a rendering plant
