This role is a key associate, responsible for delivering exceptional tennis and pickleball instruction that enhances the guest experience. From the perspective of both recreation and hospitality, this position promotes engagement, skill development, and enjoyment for guests of all ages and abilities. With exposure to all aspects of resort activities, the role will grow concurrently with the company. Requirements

Previous experience teaching or coaching tennis required; pickleball instruction experience preferred
Strong knowledge of tennis fundamentals; working knowledge of pickleball rules and gameplay
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Ability to work with individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels
Energetic, engaging, and professional demeanor
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
Ability to demonstrate techniques and actively participate in play
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

Provide individual and group instruction in both tennis and pickleball for guests of varying skill levels
Design and lead engaging clinics, lessons, and recreational play sessions
Ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and fun environment for all participants
Assess guest skill levels and tailor instruction to meet individual needs and goals
Promote participation in tennis and pickleball programs and activities
Maintain courts, equipment, and overall cleanliness of the tennis and pickleball facilities
Enforce safety standards and proper use of equipment at all times
Assist with scheduling lessons, managing reservations, and tracking participation
Support special events, tournaments, and group activities as needed
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
