This role involves overseeing the execution of initiatives focused on reducing warranty costs, enhancing long-term durability, improving initial quality, and optimizing cost performance across various programs and systems. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven insights, problem-solving methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve aggressive targets in quality and cost reduction, while also specifically addressing technical challenges such as brake NVH. This position demands a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
