About The Position

We’re looking for a full-time TV/Streaming Coordinator to join our team. You will be a part of a team that oversees Television and Streaming campaigns for entertainment clients. As an integral member of the TV/Streaming team, you will work in collaboration with and support the Producers and SVP with AV creative executions that span across a variety of clients that include FX, HBO, Netflix, Apple TV, AMC, FOX, and many more.

Requirements

Strong interest in Television media and entertainment
Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and sense of urgency
Collaborative team player with great communication skills and ability to stay focused under pressure
Knowledgeable about workflow applications (Slack, Trello, AirTable, Frame, etc.)

Responsibilities

Work closely with Producers and Associate Producers across multiple projects, effectively communicating with production, graphics, finishing and creative teams.
Support on production and workflow requests for active projects
Organize and manage assets and watch and transcribe materials as needed (scripts, screeners, etc.)
Research materials and actively participate in project kickoff meetings and brainstorm sessions with the Streaming Team
