About The Position
Our Content & Tutoring Support team is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented student with a strong interest in education, content organization, and quality assurance. This part-time internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about improving instructional materials, ensuring high-quality tutoring resources, and supporting content development initiatives. As a Tutoring Operations Intern, you will work closely with the Director of Content Management, Content Team, Tutor Engagement Coordinator, and other key stakeholders to organize, review, and enhance tutoring materials. You will play a critical role in maintaining a well-structured content repository, conducting quality assurance checks, tracking data related to content effectiveness, and assisting in administrative tasks that support tutor training and curriculum updates. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience in educational content management, data tracking, and quality assurance while contributing to the improvement of tutoring resources used by students and tutors nationwide.
