GEM Specialists manage the guest experience from booking to departure by anticipating needs and paying special attention to details. Responsibilities include assisting guests with local area attractions, special requests, deliveries, follow up, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Specialist will also assist the front desk operations and coordinate within and between departments in order to achieve goals, providing prompt and courteous customer service to all guests and team members. Position requires delivering arrival packets and staging each unit for arrivals. Contact guests directly to confirm arrival, assist with itineraries and reservations and other special requests. Inspect pre-arrival units to insure perfection in cleanliness and display of amenities. Stage arrival units per standard. Assist at Front Desk to include checking guests in/out, making packets and assisting with problem resolution Assist with communication between departments to insure guest satisfaction Perform other duties as assigned.
