INH Properties is seeking a part-time responsible Turnover Cleaner for a property located in Anoka, MN. Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Time Management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities
- Turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month) - This may require you to stand on ladders to clean light fixtures, and crouch very low to clean out bottom cupboards.
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Promptly notify the community manager of any maintenance items that require their attention.
