AAMCI-Management, Inc. in Dayton, OH is looking to hire a full-time Property Maintenance Turn Technician to preserve the long-term value and desirability of our community. The Turn Tech is responsible for make-ready repairs and enhancements to any vacant apartment homes as residents relocate. Perform all make-ready duties including but not limited to: painting, flooring repair or installation, punch-out & sheetrock repair and trash-outs. This position pays $19.00 per hour. Chartered in 1972, we are a residential property management company with the sole purpose of managing multifamily housing with a focus on low and moderate-income developments. We manage over 4,000 units in the Midwest and Southeast. In addition, we invest in multifamily housing and are involved in development utilizing the low-income housing tax credit program. As a Property Maintenance Technician, you ensure that our residents have safe, comfortable apartments in good repair and that they are happy with the level of service that they receive. You promptly address any concerns that arise in the apartments of current residents and make the appropriate handyman repairs. When a resident moves out, you work hard to make the apartment move-in ready for the next resident within 5 days of the vacancy. You are organized and keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, inspections, and inventories. Always happy to help, you assist the manager with apartment inspections. You participate in our on-call emergency rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You enjoy interacting with people and are known for being calm, friendly, responsive, and capable.
