The Turndown Attendant role is a part-time position within the Housekeeping team, essential for providing exceptional quality and service by preparing guest rooms for the evening.

Responsibilities

• Providing a comfortable environment in the guest rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room
• Preparing the room for the guest to sleep in
• Cleaning 45 - 50 rooms per shift
• Removing used towels and replacing them with clean ones from the Linen Closet
• Wiping down any wet surfaces in the bathroom
• Folding any clothing left in room and placing it in appropriate area of the room
• Restocking used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens
• Assisting with responsibilities and duties in the absences or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, desk Attendant and House Attendant
