About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Turndown Attendant who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating t he ultimate service experience. Our Turndown Attendants provides a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in. This position reports to the Director of Housekeeping .
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not
Responsibilities
- Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the l inen c loset
- Turns down bed and changes linen if necessary
- Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom
- Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot
- Removes trash and fills ice bucket with ice
- Restocks used am enities such as shampoo, soap , cotton balls, stationery and pens
- Prepares vacant rooms for turndown for arriving guests
- Performs full cleaning of a guest room when needed
- Assists House Attendant with responsibilities and duties when there is a high volume of calls including to assist making rollway beds
