About The Position
The Turndown Attendant is responsible for cleaning, turning down guest beds, and delivering any other needs of the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight. This is a fast paced position. This position requires flexibility to work AM and PM shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service. Proficiency in conversational English to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests.
