The Turndown Attendant is responsible for ensuring we provide the highest level of cleanliness in our guestrooms whilst providing nightly turndown service for all guestrooms. This role involves overall tidying of occupied guestrooms, including dusting, arranging guest belongings neatly, turndown beds, removing soiled linen, retrieving clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming if required, bathroom cleaning if required, and replenishing rooms with supplies. The attendant is expected to take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest, maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment, accurately report room status reports throughout the duration of the shift, and take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings while ensuring exceptional service. The role also requires effective teamwork and maintaining organized and clean linen and supply closets.
