About The Position

The Turndown Attendant will clean and supply guest rooms in accordance with established quality and performance standards and report necessary repairs to ensure the Resort’s exceptional accommodations are meticulously maintained.

Requirements

• One year prior experience in cleaning hotel guest rooms
• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Comfortable responding to and carrying out specific guest needs and requests
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and resetting guest bedroom and bathroom areas
• Changing linens; making beds; turndown service
• Amenity delivery
• Organizing collateral on tables
• Straightening furniture
• Dusting and vacuuming of rooms
• Emptying trash
• Being courteous and helpful to Hotel guests, including reporting any guest requests or preferences
• Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner as outlined by supervisors
